শর্তাবলি
metamart.com.bd ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে বা এখানে অর্ডার করে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলি পড়েছেন এবং মেনে নিচ্ছেন বলে ধরা হবে। শর্ত মানতে না চাইলে অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার করবেন না।
১. সংজ্ঞা
"আমরা", "আমাদের" বা "মেটামার্ট" বলতে মেটামার্ট বাংলাদেশ বোঝায়। "আপনি" বা "গ্রাহক" বলতে যিনি ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার করেন তাকে বোঝায়।
২. অর্ডার ও নিশ্চিতকরণ
- ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার দেওয়া মানেই অর্ডার চূড়ান্ত নয়। আমাদের প্রতিনিধি ফোনে নিশ্চিত করার পরই অর্ডার কার্যকর হয়।
- ফোনে নিশ্চিত না হলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
- সঠিক নাম, ঠিকানা ও সচল ফোন নম্বর দেওয়ার দায়িত্ব গ্রাহকের।
৩. মূল্য ও অফার
- পণ্যের দাম বাংলাদেশি টাকায় ওয়েবসাইটে দেখানো আছে।
- দাম ও অফার আগাম নোটিশ ছাড়া বদলাতে পারে। অর্ডারের সময় ওয়েবসাইটে দেখানো দামই প্রযোজ্য।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ আলাদা, ডেলিভারি নীতিতে বিস্তারিত দেখুন।
৪. পেমেন্ট
আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিতে পণ্য সরবরাহ করি। পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে, প্যাকেট খুলে দেখে টাকা পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
৫. ডেলিভারি, রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
ডেলিভারি, রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত নিয়ম আলাদা নীতি পেজে বর্ণিত। সেগুলো এই শর্তাবলির অংশ।
৬. পণ্যের তথ্যের নির্ভুলতা
আমরা পণ্যের ছবি, মাপ ও বিবরণ যথাসম্ভব সঠিক রাখার চেষ্টা করি। ছবির আলো ও আপনার ডিভাইসের পর্দার কারণে বাস্তব পণ্যের রঙে সামান্য ভিন্নতা হতে পারে।
৭. অর্ডার বাতিল
- আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে: ভুল বা ভুয়া তথ্য, ফোনে নিশ্চিত না হওয়া, পণ্য স্টকে না থাকা বা সন্দেহজনক অর্ডারে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।
- গ্রাহকের পক্ষ থেকে: পণ্য কুরিয়ারে পাঠানোর আগে আমাদের জানিয়ে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যায়।
৮. অপব্যবহার ও প্রতারণা
ভুয়া অর্ডার, মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদান বা ওয়েবসাইটের অপব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ। এমন কিছু ধরা পড়লে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল ও ভবিষ্যতে সেবা সীমিত করার অধিকার রাখি।
৯. মেধাস্বত্ব
ওয়েবসাইটের লেখা, ছবি, লোগো ও ডিজাইন মেটামার্ট বাংলাদেশের সম্পত্তি। আগাম অনুমতি ছাড়া বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে কপি বা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
১০. দায়ের সীমা
আইন যতদূর অনুমতি দেয়, কোনো অর্ডার থেকে আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায় সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের মূল্য পর্যন্ত সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে। কুরিয়ারের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের বিলম্ব বা ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না, তবে এ ক্ষেত্রে সমাধানে সহায়তা করব।
১১. অনিবার্য কারণ
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, হরতাল, সরকারি নিষেধাজ্ঞা, ইন্টারনেট বা কুরিয়ার বিপর্যয়ের মতো আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে সেবায় বিলম্ব বা বিঘ্ন ঘটলে আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।
১২. গোপনীয়তা
আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়, তা জানতে আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি দেখুন।
১৩. শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন
আমরা প্রয়োজনে এই শর্তাবলি হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। হালনাগাদের তারিখ পেজের ওপরে দেখানো থাকবে। পরিবর্তনের পরও ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করলে নতুন শর্ত মেনে নিয়েছেন বলে ধরা হবে।
১৪. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।

By using metamart.com.bd or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
1. Definitions
"We", "us" and "Metamart" mean Metamart Bangladesh. "You" or "customer" means anyone who places an order on the website.
2. Orders and confirmation
- Placing an order on the website does not make it final. An order becomes effective only after our representative confirms it by phone.
- An order that is not confirmed by phone may be cancelled.
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct name, address and reachable phone number.
3. Prices and offers
- Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka on the website.
- Prices and offers may change without prior notice. The price shown on the website at the time of your order applies.
- Delivery charges are separate; see the Delivery Policy.
4. Payment
We supply goods on Cash on Delivery. You pay after receiving the parcel, opening it and inspecting it.
5. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery, return and refund rules are set out in their own policy pages and form part of these terms.
6. Accuracy of product information
We try to keep product photos, sizes and descriptions as accurate as possible. Colours may differ slightly from the images because of lighting and your device screen.
7. Order cancellation
- By us: we may cancel an order for incorrect or fraudulent information, lack of phone confirmation, stock unavailability or a suspicious order.
- By the customer: you may cancel an order by informing us before it is dispatched with the courier.
8. Misuse and fraud
Fake orders, false information or misuse of the website are prohibited. We may cancel such orders and limit future service.
9. Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and design of this website belong to Metamart Bangladesh and may not be copied or used commercially without prior permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for any order is limited to the price of the product concerned. We are not responsible for delays or losses beyond the courier's control, but we will help you resolve them.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or disruption caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or internet or courier failures.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when necessary. The update date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
